1.  Our firm protects your healthcare wishes 24/7/365.
   
   We enroll you in our firm’s emergency access databank to ensure instant access to your Health Care Directives (i.e., Living Will, Health Care Power of Attorney, HIPAA release) anywhere, anytime.  You receive a wallet card with a pin number for immediate access to your registry, which can also include a Medication List, Allergy list, Physician Information, Emergency Contacts, and Organ Donor Form. Upon enrollment, we register your Health Directives, and other selected documents which become available 24/7 to your health care providers.  Your wallet card will be personalized for you. 2. Our firm reviews your plan with you every year.
   
   As an active PathPlan© member, you will receive an annual review of your plan at no cost.  This review enables us to ensure that your plan is up to date, that your desires are maintained and that any changes that may be required are implemented.  You contact us and arrange this meeting at a time/date convenient to you before your membership expires.  You can contact us at our website www.itrustlaw.com and book your appointment directly online.
   
   In addition, you will have unlimited no fee telephone consultations regarding the details of your estate plan, funding assistance for newly acquired assets after the initial funding has been completed, and no fee word processing edits to your documents to change successor trustees, guardians, and/or agents for powers of attorneys.
   
   * If your plan requires a more extensive rewriting, or additional estate planning documents or amendments, you will benefit from a reduced membership rate.
   
   
3. Your Personal Attorney
   
   Estate planning is not a transaction, it is a process.  When you enroll in PathPlan© you engage us to continue as your personal attorney, your file will be maintained and updated, and you will receive important information during the year regarding changes in the law that may be important to you and your family.
   
   
4. Trust Administration Services To Guide Your Successor Trustee.
   
   Our commitment to you includes a no fee Trust Administration meeting with your successor trustee(s) when the time arises; to provide information to assist in carrying out your wishes.  This informational meeting is offered at no cost to all participants who maintain a current PathPlan© membership.  In addition, if Trust Administration representation is needed, this is provided at a reduced membership rate.
   
   PathPlan© membership is renewable on a yearly basis.  Your rate is guaranteed not to increase for three years.  If membership lapses new rates will apply.  You can protect your rate by timely renewing each year or paying a lump sum three-year advancement at a discount of $1,282.50.
